Black Bear Studio System's new Dolly Track Wheels feature rust-proof aluminum construction, lightweight, tough 1/4" top plate trucks, 12 ball bearing thrust bearings, welded triangle wheel hubs, cut and welded to exact angle specifications for correct angular contact on 1 1/2" Outside Diameter Dolly Track tubing and compatible with a variety of varying tubing sizes, Sixteen 62mm Red Gel Wheels and 32 Abec-7 Ball Bearings. The system allows for rotation at all axle points. Thrust bearings located on top of the plate truck allows for full 360 degree independent rotation of the entire unit, thrust bearings mounted at the contact points in between the top plate truck and the triangle hubs allow for full 360 degree independent rotation of the triangle hubs and wheels, and Abec-7 ball bearings on the wheel axles allow for independent rotation of each wheel. Thrust load capacity of over one thousand pounds. 62 mm Red Gel Wheels allow for smooth, bump-free movement over track joints and Abec-7 wheel bearings provide clean, smooth lateral track movement. Black Bear's Dolly Track Wheel System also allows for enormous versatility in mounting options and applications. Systems may be mounted directly underneath any platform with 5/16" pins installed through the top plate truck inside the top ball bearing thrust bearing, allowing the Track Wheel System to rotate along its top thrust bearing. No additional hardware is required for mounting on Black Bear Studio Systems Dollies, however, a top rod mounting system allows for even greater versatility in mounting options and allows for use on other systems. This accessory allows for mounting in three additional configurations: Center hole mount to underside of platform (adding 1 1/4" in height to standard mount), dual end hole mounts to underside of platform (adding 1 1/4" in height to standard mount), or mount to any axle less than 1 1/8" in outside diameter. This mount includes a standard 1" inside diameter axle hub and tightening set screw. Other axle hub sizes are available as separate accessories. The top rod mounting system also allows for dolly tracking on rubber tubing track systems, often known as FlexTrack systems, with the purchase of an extender arm (not included). Black Bear Studio System's Dolly Track Wheel System is therefore compatible with all commercially available doorway dollies, including American Dollies and MSE Dollies as well as virtually all other dolly configurations not commercially available. This versatility allows for the option of upgrading your dolly system without needing to upgrade or purchase new Dolly Track Wheels because of compatibility. Black Bear Studio System's Dolly Track Wheel System is the only wheel system that is designed specifically to function with all commercially available dollies.
